Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions under which Full Movement, a micro-entrepreneur coaching business operated by Coulinge Gaëtan, provides and delivers sports coaching services, either in person or remotely (via videoconference).

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the client.

Article 2 – Services offered

Full Movement offers:

Group coaching sessions (from one participant), in person or online;

Single-session bookings or packages of 10 or 20 sessions;

Monthly personalised follow-up (assessment, training plan, goal tracking);

Sessions available worldwide, in person or via Google Meet, WhatsApp, or similar platforms.

Article 3 – Initial consultation

Before any first session, a free and non-binding consultation is carried out to assess the client’s needs, goals, and level.

No service begins without this initial consultation.

Article 4 – Registration and booking

Services can be booked:

By signing a quotation, contract, or order form;

Or by electronic validation (email, messaging, etc.).

The client acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC prior to any booking.

Article 5 – Pricing and payment

All prices are stated in euros, including VAT where applicable.

Payments can be made:

By bank transfer, card payment, or any other method accepted by Full Movement;

In one or several instalments depending on the chosen package.

On-site coaching rates may vary depending on the client’s location.

Rates “upon request” apply for services outside mainland France.

Article 6 – Cancellation and rescheduling

Any session cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is fully due.

In case of force majeure or legitimate reason (medical certificate, major issue), the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

If the coach cancels a session, it will either be rescheduled or fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible.

Article 7 – Session delivery

Sessions may take place:

In person: at home, outdoors, or at an agreed location;

Online: via Google Meet, WhatsApp, or similar platforms.

The client must ensure appropriate equipment, a stable internet connection, and a safe environment.

Article 8 – Client obligations

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information regarding their health condition;

Inform the coach of any medical issues or contraindications;

Follow all safety instructions and recommendations from the coach.

Full Movement cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from failure to comply with these instructions.

Article 9 – Liability

Full Movement is bound by an obligation of means, not of results.

The coach commits to doing everything possible to support the client’s goals, without guaranteeing specific outcomes.

Full Movement is covered by professional liability insurance.

Article 10 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, individual clients have a 14-day withdrawal period.

This right does not apply to services already performed or started at the client’s express request.

Article 11 – Personal data

The information collected is necessary for service management.

It is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without consent.

Article 12 – Intellectual property

All materials, videos, programs, and documents provided by Full Movement remain the exclusive property of the company.

Any reproduction or distribution without authorisation is prohibited.

Article 13 – Force majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events (natural disaster, pandemic, strike, etc.).

Article 14 – Governing law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in the area of Full Movement’s registered office.
